本文提出用弹性体传递矩阵法计算离心压缩机转子的临界转速。推导了适用于变轴径,多支承多跨挠性转子的递推公式与其弹性体传递矩阵,以及以“铰支-铰支”,“铰支-自由”为边界条件的频率方程与主振型公式和示例计算。并对结果进行了分析讨论。只要适当改变相应于边界条件与分段面上的点传递矩阵,本方法便可推广应用于其他转子系统。
In this paper, the critical rotational speed of a centrifugal compressor rotor is calculated by using the matrix of elastomer transfer. The recursion formulas and their elasto transfer matrixes for variable-shaft-diameter, multi-bearing and multi-span flexible rotors are deduced. The frequency equations and the main vibrations with the boundary conditions of “hinge branch - hinge branch” and "hinge branch - Formulas and Example Calculations. The results were analyzed and discussed. The method can be generalized to other rotor systems as long as the point transfer matrix corresponding to the boundary conditions and the segment surfaces is properly changed.
