目的：观察交锁髓内钉治疗下肢长管骨骨折的疗效。方法：对2011年12月到2013年1月64例行交锁髓内钉固定的患者进行回顾性分析。结果：所有患者均随访3个月～2年，所有患者均获得了满意的疗效，骨折的平均愈合时间为12个月。结论：交锁髓内钉是一种较好的治疗下肢长管骨骨折的方法。“,”Objective:To observe the ef ects of long bone fracture curative.Methods:64 cases of intramedul ary interlocking nail were analyzed retrospectively.Result.Al the patients were fol owed up for 3 months to 2 years.Conclusions:interlocking intramedul ary nail is a good method for treatment of lower limb long bone fracture.
