目的:比较不同进食组在进食障碍倾向及自我控制上的差异,初步构建并验证自我控制在情绪性进食与进食障碍倾向间的中介作用.方法:使用情绪性进食量表中文版、进食障碍调查量表、自我控制量表对428名在校大学生进行施测.结果:①方差分析结果显示,消极情绪进食组在进食障碍倾向大部分因子上均显著高于积极情绪进食组和正常组,但是在自我控制因子上,消极情绪进食组和积极情绪进食组均显著低于正常组(P<0.05);②中介模型与数据吻合很好,中介模型成立.结论:消极情绪进食会更多的导致进食障碍倾向,自我控制能部分中介消极情绪进食和进食障碍倾向之间的关系.“,”Objective: To compare the difference of different eaters in the tendency of eating disorder and self-control,to test the mediation effects of self-control between emotional eating and the tendency of eating disorder.Methods: 428 university students completed measures of the Emotional Eating Scale-Revision,Eating Disorder Inventory-1,and Self-Control Scale.Results: ①Results indicated that negative emotional eaters were significantly higher than positive emotional eaters and normal eaters in all eating disorder symptoms(P<0.05),however,negative emotional eaters and positive emotional eaters were significantly lower than normal eaters in self-control.②The fit of the model was well.Conclusion: The negative emotional eater tended to increase the risk of eating disorder.Self-control partially mediated the association between negative emotional eating and the tendency of eating disorder.
