为了研究硬质合金刀具在不同转速下切削铝合金的摩擦磨损机理,采用不同的切削速度对ZL105合金进行切削,测量刀具磨损量,对切削刀具刃口采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析其形貌。研究结果表明:不同转速下出现磨损增量低谷的时间有差异,高转速出现磨损增量低谷的时间更迟;转速在高转速时刀具的磨损增量较为平稳,其磨损机理主要是以冲击磨损为主;在低转速切削时主要是以高温黏着磨损为主。
In order to study the friction and wear mechanism of cutting cemented carbide tool at different speeds, ZL105 alloy was cut by different cutting speeds to measure the tool wear. The shape of the cutting edge was analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) . The results show that there are differences in the time when the increment of wear increment and trough occurs at different rotation speeds, and the increment of wear and tear at high rotation speed occurs later. The wear increment of the tool at steady rotation speed is relatively stable. The wear mechanism is mainly impact wear Mainly low-speed cutting is mainly based on high temperature adhesive wear.
