目的:检测串珠镰刀菌主要代谢产物FumonisinB1在华北食管癌高发区玉米中的含量并比较高发区和低发区的含量差别。方法:反相高效液相色谱柱前衍生荧光法。结果:正常玉米FB1的阳性率为9090%,平均含量为140±050μg/g。霉变玉米的阳性率为100%,平均含量为8891±1307μg/g。结论:高发区的串珠镰刀菌污染率和FB1含量比较高,可能与食管癌的发生有关
Objective: To detect the content of FumonisinB1, a major metabolite of Fusarium moniliforme, in maize in the high incidence area of esophageal cancer in North China and compare the differences in the content of high- and low-prevalence areas. Methods: Reversed-phase HPLC precolumn derivatization fluorescence method. Results: The positive rate of normal corn FB1 was 9090%, and the average content was 140±050μg/g. The positive rate of moldy corn was 100%, and the average content was 8891±1307μg/g. Conclusion: The contamination rate of Fusarium moniliforme and FB1 in high-incidence areas are relatively high, which may be related to the occurrence of esophageal cancer.
