[Objective] To study the antioxidant effects of Tricholoma matsutake extracting solution on aging mice induced by D-galactose. [Method] A total of 50 mice were randomly divided into blank control group, model group, low-dosage group, middle-dosage group, and high-dosage group. Aging mice were induced by D-galactose and they were killed after six weeks. The SOD activity, GSH-Px activity and MDA content in mice serum, brain and liver were detected. [Result] T. matsutake extracting solution could significantly enhance the SOD activity and GSH-Px activity in mice serum, brain and liver, and reduce the MDA content. And they were in a dose-dependent manner. [Conclusion] T. matsutake extracting solution had certain anti-aging effects, and the mechanism might have certain relationship with the antioxidation.
