本MnCO_3是化学法生产电池用MnO_2的中间产品。检测从而控制中间产品的杂质含量是保证最终产品质量的有效措施。本文采用H_3PO_4溶样-稀释液稀释前处理和Shimadzu HIC-6A单柱高效离子色谱仪,选用2.0m mol/L KHC_8H_4O_4作淋洗液,同时测定F~-、Cl~-、SO_4~(2-)离子,选用3.0m mol/L HNO_3作淋洗液,同时测定Na~+,NH_4~+,K~+离子。本法标准加入六种离子的回收率达99.00%~102.44%,试样分析六个组分的相对标准偏差为0.12%~0.81%。
The MnCO_3 is an intermediate product for chemical production of MnO 2 for batteries. Testing to control the impurity content of intermediate products is an effective measure to ensure the quality of the final product. In this paper, H_3PO_4 solution-dilution dilution pretreatment and Shimadzu HIC-6A single-column high performance ion chromatography were used, and 2.0m mol / L KHC_8H_4O_4 was selected as the eluent to determine the contents of F_, Cl_, SO_4 ~ ) Ions, using 3.0m mol / L HNO3 as eluent, and simultaneously measuring Na ~ +, NH4 ~ +, K ~ + ions. The recovery of six ions added in this standard was 99.00% ~ 102.44%. The relative standard deviations of the six components in the sample analysis ranged from 0.12% to 0.81%.
