已知甲状旁腺功能减退(甲旁减)患者可出现多种神经精神症状,其中巴金森氏征群是常见并发症之一,临床予以左旋多巴治疗无效,而多经钙剂及维生素D治疗后症状明显缓解以至消失,说明低血钙是产生其症状的重要动因,但详细机理不明。本研究采用去除甲状旁腺(PTX)的低血钙大鼠为模型,探讨低血钙影响中枢神经系统功能们作用机理。实验采用Wistar大鼠,腹腔麻醉后切开颅部暴露双侧甲状旁腺并用电烫去除。PTX组术后饲以低钙饲料(0.04%Ca)一个月,对照组及老龄组(20周龄)用普通饲料(1.04%Ca)喂养。钙测定用原子
