本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、观察法对青少年的身心健康状况及原因进行浅析,并对武术套路运动如何促进青少年身心健康进行研究探索。结果表明武术套路运动对青少年增进身体素质、心理健康发展有良好的影响。
This article uses literature review, expert interviews and observational methods to analyze the physical and mental health status of adolescents and their causes, and explores how Wushu routine exercise can promote adolescent physical and mental health. The results show that the Wushu routine exercise on adolescents to improve physical fitness, mental health development have a good effect.
