目前苏联在水工建筑物基础设计方面,为了保证建筑物的安全、使用寿命长和投资少,须按照一些标准,考虑下列各点: (1)鉴定工地的地质和技术条件,并制定出一种基础模型; (2)确定大坝的稳定性和基础的承载能力; (3)鉴定岩基的局部抗力; (4)确定坝址处天然边坡和人工边坡的稳定性; (5)鉴定大坝由于基础变形而产生的位移; (6)确定坝体——坝基接触区的压力;
