独立战争到二战前是英国与拉丁美洲关系最重要的时期,本文分三阶段,简要论述与分析从独立战争到二战前英国与拉丁美洲关系演变的过程。在这个过程中,英国在拉美的霸权地位以及拉美国际关系格局都经历了巨大的变化。 Before the Second World War, the War of Independence was the most important period in the relationship between the United Kingdom and Latin America. This article briefly discusses and analyzes the evolution of relations between Britain and Latin America from the War of Independence to pre-World War II in three phases. In the process, Britain’s tremendous hegemony in Latin America and the pattern of international relations in Latin America have undergone tremendous changes.
