研究了低压合成甲醇二元催化剂的反加沉淀制备法,以及催化剂中Cu/Zn含量比与催化活性的关系。结果表明,用反加硝酸盐于Na_2CO_3沉淀剂中的共沉淀法制得的前驱物之物相结构与並流法的一样,其催化活性也基本相同。而且当使用含CO_21~4%的CO/H_2合成气时,二元催化剂的活性与Cu/Zn关系是50/50的催化活性高于70/30和30/70的。结果还表明,对于这种合成气组成,ZnO的催化协同作用是不可忽略的,这与我们以前所提的关于Cu/ZnO合成甲醇催化剂活性中心本质和催化作用机理的观点相一致。
In this paper, the preparation methods of reverse precipitation by low pressure synthesis of methanol binary catalyst and the relationship between Cu / Zn content and catalytic activity in the catalyst were studied. The results show that the phase structure of the precursor prepared by coprecipitation of anti-added nitrate in Na_2CO_3 precipitant is the same as the co-current method, and its catalytic activity is basically the same. Moreover, when the CO / H 2 syngas containing CO 2 ~ 4% is used, the catalytic activity of the binary catalyst is 50/50 higher than that of 70/30 and 30/70 in relation to Cu / Zn. The results also show that the catalytic synergistic effect of ZnO is not negligible for this syngas composition, which is consistent with our previous observations regarding the nature and catalytic mechanism of Cu / ZnO synthesis of methanol catalysts.
