目前已经分离并合成了大量的含有吲哚并[2‘:3’,3:4]吡啶并[1,2-b][2,7]1,5-二氮杂萘吲哚生物碱。除了最近报道的降马林迪碱(normalindine)(1),降异马林迪碱(norisomalindline)(2),马林迪碱(malindine)(3)及异马林迪碱(isomalindine)(4)在C-5上有甲基基团外,这些吲哚生物碱一般为内酰胺结构。(1)(2)来自约翰逊马钱Strychnosjohnsonii,(3)来自对生马钱Strychnos decus-sata而(4)则来自乌山马钱Strychnos usam-barensis。本文报道了以(士)-二氢乌檀分((士)dihydronauclefine)(5)为起始原料有效地合成了(士)-1的工作。
A large number of indole [2 ’: 3’, 3: 4] pyrido [1,2-b] [2,7] 1,5-naphthyridine indole alkaloids have been isolated and synthesized. In addition to the recently reported normalindine (1), norisomalindline (2), malindine (3) and isomalindine (4) Outside the radical, these indole alkaloids are generally lactam structures.
