人类淋巴样细胞培养中加入肺炎支原体后,可诱导细胞发生增殖反应。本实验将肺炎支原体、人型支原体、精氨酸支原体、唾液支原体、口腔支原体、鸡败血支原体或莱氏无胆甾原体与人外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)共同培养48小时,以研究PBMC感染支原体后是否产生β-白细胞介素1(IL-1β)白细胞介素2(JL-2)、白细胞介素4(IL-4)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)和干扰素(IFN)。培养上清液除干扰素检测用致细胞病变抑制实验外,其余细胞因子活性均用单克隆抗体作ELISA测定。结果表明,
