现有经济文献中缺乏中小企业绿色创新管理相关的研究,特别是资源型城市。以资源型城市中小企业为研究对象,对中小企业绿色创新中的环境战略影响因素进行了分析,发现有限的金融资源、组织结构的类型、针对变化较弱的战略适应能力、管理人员缺乏环境培训和短期导向、员工缺乏环境意识和培训、环境问题在公司的地位、中小企业根本性创新的能力较低、生产过程缺乏灵活性等因素影响资源型城市中小企业的环境战略及其外部利益相关者的关系能力。在此基础上,结合战略可持续性行为和创新类型提出了资源型城市中小企业绿色创新实践的综合框架。 The current economic literature lacks SMEs green innovation management related research, especially resource-based cities. Taking resource-based SMEs as the research object, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of environmental strategies in green innovation of SMEs. Finding limited types of financial resources and organizational structures, weakly adapt to the changing strategies and lack of environmental training for managers And short-term orientation, the lack of environmental awareness and training of staff, environmental issues in the company, the low ability of SMEs to innovate fundamentally, the lack of flexibility in the production process and other factors affect the environmental strategies of SMEs in resource-based cities and their external stakeholders Relationship ability. On this basis, combined with the strategic sustainable behavior and innovation type proposed a comprehensive framework for green innovation practice of SMEs in resource-based cities.
