本文报道采用活性花结(Ea)和酸性α-醋酸萘酯酶(ANAE)双标记观察22例正常人和102例(134例次)各种肿瘤病人外周血淋巴细胞,发现这种方法对肿瘤病情发展的反映较Ea更灵敏。肿瘤病人不仅Ea降低,还出现Ea内ANAE(-)细胞,Ea内ANAE(+)、(-)增减变化明显。Ea内ANAE(-)随细胞免疫水平降低而增加,Ea内ANAE(+)则随之减少。在放疗等因素影响下这种变化加剧,直至无反应。提示此双标记不仅显示T淋巴细胞的量变,而且反映了功能的变化,为了解肿瘤病人细胞免疫状态提供了一种有效的手段.
In this paper, peripheral blood lymphocytes from 22 normal subjects and 102 patients (134 cases) with various tumors were observed by double labeling with active flower node (Ea) and acid alpha-naphthyl naphthalene esterase (ANAE). The development of the disease is more sensitive than Ea. In patients with tumors, not only decreased Ea, but also the presence of ANAE(-) cells within Ea, and changes in the amount of NAE(+) and (-) in Ea. The number of ANAE(-) in Ea increased with the decrease of cellular immunity, while the amount of ANAE(+) in Ea decreased. Under the influence of factors such as radiotherapy, this change intensified until no response. It is suggested that this dual marker not only shows the quantitative change of T lymphocytes, but also reflects the change of function, which provides an effective means for understanding the cellular immune status of tumor patients.
