Targeting drugs targeting macromolecules in the body are important for their efficacy. In this review, we compare the general pharmacokinetic characteristics of macromolecule carriers with the analysis of the literature, and summarize the characteristics of targeted drugs with macromolecules as carrier. The results show that: its pharmacokinetics in vivo clearance rate theory can be used to analyze. The interaction of sugar receptor-glycosylated macromolecules with antibody-antigen can also be analyzed by a pharmacokinetic model with a saturation process.
