盾构隧道-地层-建筑物相互作用机理较为复杂,需要通过较完整的监测数据,经典地表沉降计算经验公式,以及有限元数值计算方法等综合手段,才能分析出盾构隧道施工过程中引起的地面沉降和建筑物力学变化情况。某商务广场在临近盾构隧道施工过程中,出现了地面沉降、地裂缝、建筑物室内装饰破坏等现象。将建筑物和开洞地基看作一个有机整体,结合监测数据和Peck公式,利用有限元软件ANSYS10.0建立三维非线性有限元模型,得出的结论,对控制地面沉降和建筑物力学状态变化,以及后期的修缮加固措施,有一定的参考价值。
