锰(Ⅱ)在碱性三乙醇胺(TEA)介质中,能被空气氧化生成绿色的锰(Ⅲ)-TEA 的络合物。Pibil 曾利用它作锰的碘量法测定,方法最大的特点是可以直接在盐酸介质中测定锰,不象高硫酸铵-银盐法需要用硫酸冒烟驱除 Cl~-;操作简单并适用于高锰的测定。但对所用的三乙醇胺质量要求极高,不允许含有还原性的物质。且少量的 CrO_4~(-2)及 CO~(+2)、Cr~(+3)对测定有干扰。我们制订用光度法完成测定,基本上免除了上述缺点。国产三级三乙醇胺便可满足要求。少量的 CrO_4~(-2)、
