循环伏安法和差分脉冲伏安法研究了伊凡思蓝修饰玻碳电极上邻苯二酚(Catechol,CC)和对苯二酚(Hydroquinone,HQ)共存体系在0.1 mol/L磷酸缓冲溶液(PBS)中的电化学行为。实验结果表明,在pH=7的PBS中,扫描速率为100 mV/s,循环伏安法扫描电位在-0.1~0.5 V时,分离效果明显。差分脉冲伏安法测定了两种物质的混合溶液,线性范围均为1×10-6~50×10-6mol/L,检出限分别为0.32×10-6和0.18×10-6mol/L。
Cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry were used to study the coexistence of catechol (CC) and hydroquinone (HQ) on the Ivass Blue-modified glassy carbon electrode in 0.1 mol / L phosphate buffer solution (PBS) in the electrochemical behavior. The experimental results show that the separation efficiency is obvious at a scan rate of 100 mV / s in pH = 7 PBS and a scan potential of -0.1 ~ 0.5 V in cyclic voltammetry. The differential pulse voltammetry was used to determine the mixed solution of two substances with the linear range of 1 × 10-6 ~ 50 × 10-6mol / L and the detection limits of 0.32 × 10-6 and 0.18 × 10-6mol / L, respectively .
