我厂过去加工双轮双铧犂犂把(如图1)时,冲孔工序分三次完成:第一次冲φ11孔,第二次冲φ14孔,第三次冲出φ12孔两个。这样辅助时间长,效率很低,同时很难控制孔距,不容易保证质量。经过改进之后,用图2的双孔冲模分两次冲出四个孔,提高效率两倍多,质量也可达到要求。在图2中,1是φ14冲头,2是φ12冲头,4是φ11冲头,都是用工具钢制成的。3是定位销,5是衬套,同导正杆7分别紧配在上模板8及下模
