本文通过理论计算,确定小齿轮与内锥轴配合过盈量的范围,既能满足机车传动扭矩的要求,又不会出现内锥产生塑性变形及小齿轮迟缓。通过对内锥轴尺寸变形数据及压装数据跟踪,找出实际压装数据与理论压装量的差异所在,最终确定了小齿轮的压装工艺参数。
In this paper, the theoretical calculation to determine the scope of pinion and inner cone with the amount of interference, both to meet the requirements of locomotive transmission torque, and will not appear plastic deformation of the inner cone and pinion slow. Through the deformation data of the inner cone and the tracking of the press-fit data, the difference between the actual press-fit data and the theoretical press-fit amount is found, and finally the pinching process parameters of the pinion are finally determined.
