对聚噻吩乙炔(PTV)可溶性前聚物的合成反应影响因素进行了系统研究。碱的种类、单体浓度、反应介质、温度等皆影响单体转化率、前聚物产率及其溶解性。实验结果表明,NaoH、LiOH为聚合反应的适宜碱类;单体浓度为0.2~0.3mol/L;水-甲醇混合介质有利于前聚物的溶解性;碱的加入速度影响单体转化率及前聚物的溶解性。低温有利于反应的进行。
The factors affecting the synthesis of polythienylenevinylene (PTV) soluble prepolymer were systematically investigated. Base type, monomer concentration, reaction medium, temperature and so on all affect the monomer conversion, prepolymer yield and its solubility. The experimental results show that NaoH and LiOH are the suitable bases for the polymerization. The monomer concentration is 0.2 ~ 0.3mol / L. The water-methanol mixed medium is conducive to the solubility of the precursor. The addition rate of the base affects the monomer Conversion and Solubility of the Precursor. Low temperature is conducive to the reaction.
