在实验室条件下,进行了硼铁矿综合利用新工艺的研究.硼铁矿经磁选分离获得含B2O3>13%的硼精矿和含TFe~55%的含硼铁精矿.硼精矿经活化焙烧,B2O3活性大于90%,可直接用碳碱法生产硼砂.含硼铁精矿可作为烧结球团含硼添加剂使用,或经直接还原-熔化分离进行硼铁分离,获得钢铁材料及可直接用于硼砂生产的富硼渣.工艺实现了硼铁矿的综合利用
Under the laboratory conditions, the new technology of comprehensive utilization of ferroboron was studied. Boron ore by magnetic separation to obtain B2O3> 13% of boron concentrates and containing TFe ~ 55% of boron-bearing iron ore concentrate. Boron concentrate by activation roasting, B2O3 activity greater than 90%, can be directly produced by the carbon-alkali borax. Boron-bearing iron concentrates can be used as boron-containing sintering pellets or by direct reduction-melting separation of ferroboron to obtain steel materials and boron-rich slag that can be used directly for borax production. Process to achieve the comprehensive utilization of boron iron ore
