腹腔镜应用于临床已有30余年，然应用于大肠癌的根治术报告很少。本文介绍腹腔镜辅助下行右半结肠根治术15例，至于腹腔镜下根治性切除大肠癌的利弊，有待于积累资料后再行评定。
Laparoscopy has been used clinically for more than 30 years. However, there are few reports of radical surgery for colorectal cancer. This article describes the laparoscopically assisted right hemicolectomy in 15 cases. As for the pros and cons of laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer, it needs to be evaluated after accumulation of data.
