采用氩气雾化和等离子旋转电极雾化两种制粉工艺制备的FGH95 粉末和双韧化(颗粒界面韧化+热处理强韧化) 热等静压近尺寸成形盘件制备工艺, 制备了FGH95 粉末涡轮盘。性能达到国外同类合金的A 级水平并装机通过了发动机的盘件结构试验与试车。
FGH95 powder prepared by two kinds of pulverizing technology of argon atomization and plasma rotating electrode atomization and hot isostatic pressing process of double toughening (particle interfacial toughening and heat treatment toughening) were used to prepare FGH95 Powder turbine disk. Performance reached the A level of similar foreign alloys and installed through the engine plate structure test and test.
