以固体废弃物煤矸石所副产的水玻璃为原料制备水化硅酸钙,获得常压下合成的最优工艺条件为反应温度65℃、反应时间2 h、39.20 g水玻璃加水量50 m L、原料钙硅比为1.3、转速600r/min,在此条件下二氧化硅平均收率为98%,产物中平均钙硅比为1.01.采用XRD、BET、SEM等测试手段对合成产物进行性能测试表明,所制得的水化硅酸钙为无定形物相、呈多孔蜂窝状结构,且非常疏松易碎,平均粒径为5.80μm,白度为95.2%,比表面积59.110 m2/g.这种结晶不良的凝胶状水化硅酸钙具有较大的比表面积,可作为一种性能优良的新型填料,而广泛应用于水泥、塑料和造纸等多种行业.本研究对拓宽煤矸石应用领域、提高煤矸石附加值有积极的指导意义.
Hydrated calcium silicate was prepared from water glass by-product of solid waste gangue. The optimum conditions of synthesis under normal pressure were reaction temperature 65 ℃, reaction time 2 h, water content of 39.20 g water glass 50 m L, the ratio of raw material calcium to silicon was 1.3 and the rotating speed was 600r / min, the average yield of silica was 98%, the average ratio of calcium to silicon in the product was 1.01. The synthesized products were characterized by XRD, BET and SEM Performance tests show that the prepared hydrated calcium silicate is amorphous phase, has a porous honeycomb structure, and is very loose and brittle with an average particle size of 5.80 μm, a whiteness of 95.2% and a specific surface area of 59.110 m2 / g The poorly crystalline gelatinized hydrated calcium silicate has a large specific surface area and can be used as a new type of filler with excellent properties and is widely used in various industries such as cement, plastic and papermaking etc. In this study, Waste rock applications, improve the added value of coal gangue has a positive guiding significance.
