采用注射CCl4、饮酒、高脂低蛋白饮食等复合病因刺激,建立大鼠肝纤维化模型,观察汉丹肝乐对肝纤维化形成的影响。结果表明:汉丹肝乐可明显减轻大鼠肝纤维化程度,降低肝内胶原蛋白含量,增加尿HYP排出,降低血清ALT,降低血清及肝组织LPO,升高红细胞SOD。提示汉丹肝乐对肝纤维化形成有预防作用,其作用机制可能与促进胶原蛋白降解及抗脂质过氧化有关
The model of hepatic fibrosis was established by injecting CCl4, drinking, high-fat and low-protein diet and other complex etiological stimuli to observe the effect of Han Dangan L on hepatic fibrosis. The results showed that: Han Dan Gensilensis can significantly reduce the degree of liver fibrosis in rats, reduce collagen content in the liver, increased urine HYP excretion, lower serum ALT, lower serum and liver LPO, increased erythrocyte SOD. These results suggest that Han Dan Gensu can prevent hepatic fibrosis and its mechanism may be related to the promotion of collagen degradation and anti-lipid peroxidation
