目的探讨2×4矫治术结合下颌磨牙垫高治疗替牙期前牙反牙合的效果。方法应用2×4矫治技术结合下颌磨牙垫高治疗15例替牙期前牙反牙合,观察矫治前后硬组织的变化。结果本组15例上齿槽座角平均增加(1.85±0.33)°,下齿槽座角平均减少(1.12±0.11)°,上下齿槽座角平均增加(2.72±0.18)°,上颌中切牙与NA(鼻根点与上颌牙槽最凹点)连线角平均增加(2.61±0.12)°,下颌中切牙与NB(鼻根点与下颌牙槽最凹点)连线角平均减少(1.21±0.48)°,下颌平面角平均减少(1.12±0.67)°。上述项目矫治前后差值经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2×4矫治术结合下颌磨牙垫高能有效调整上、下颌矢状方向的生长,患儿异物感小,配合良好,是矫治替牙期前牙反牙合的有效方法。
Objective To investigate the effect of 2 × 4 orthodontics combined with mandibular molars on the anterior crossbite dentures. Methods 2 × 4 orthodontic techniques combined with mandibular molars padding were used to treat 15 cases of anterior occlusal anterior occlusal occlusion. The changes of hard tissues before and after the treatment were observed. Results In the group of 15 cases, the upper alveolar seated angle increased by 1.85 ± 0.33 ° on average, the lower alveolar seated angle decreased by 1.12 ± 0.11 ° on average, while the upper and lower alveolar seated angles increased by 2.72 ± 0.18 ° on average, (2.61 ± 0.12) ° between the root of the tooth and NA (the most concave point between the nasal root point and the maxillary alveolus), the average reduction of the connection angle between the mandibular central incisor and the NB (the most concave point between the nasal root point and the mandibular alveolus) (1.21 ± 0.48) °, mean reduction of mandibular plane angle (1.12 ± 0.67) °. The difference between before and after treatment of the above items by statistical analysis, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion 2 × 4 orthodontic treatment combined with high energy of mandibular molars can effectively adjust the sagittal and mandibular growth of the upper and lower jaws. The foreign body sensation in children is small and well matched. It is an effective method for orthodontic treatment.
