厦门东通道工程是我国大陆自行设计、施工的第一条海底隧道,地质条件复杂,施工技术难度大,面临着穿越陆域浅埋全风化层、隧道穿越海底风化槽、隧道穿越富水砂层与翔安端竖井等重大施工问题。主要研究了超前预注浆加固,试验与实践应用表明,在风化槽各施工阶段中,需要根据围岩风化程度和出水量采用不同的超前预注浆和超前预支护手段;TSS小导管后退式注水泥水玻璃双液浆能有效加固富水砂层。研究成果形成了较完整的海底隧道施工技术,为我国海底隧道施工的发展积累了经验。
The Xiamen East Passage Project is the first undersea tunnel designed and constructed by China’s mainland. The geological conditions are complex and the construction technology is very difficult. It faces a shallowly-buried and fully weathered layer that crosses the land area. The tunnel crosses the seabed weathering trough, and the tunnel crosses the water- And Xiang An-end shaft and other major construction issues. The main research advance pre-grouting reinforcement, test and practice application shows that in the construction of weathering tank in the stage, the need to rock according to the degree of weathering and the amount of water out of the use of different advance pre-grouting and advanced pre-support means; TSS small catheter retraction Note cement-water glass double slurry can effectively reinforce the water-rich sand layer. The research results have resulted in a relatively complete construction technology for the tunnel and have accumulated experience for the development of the tunnel construction in China.
