Objective To investigate the mechanism of human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) on endocrine regulation of submandibular gland granular curl in mice from the perspective of stereology and provide experimental evidence for endocrine immune regulation network. Methods The microscopic micrometer scale was used to detect various stereological parameters of ICM male mice injected with HCG or saline submandibular gland granular curl. Results Compared with the control group, the cross-sectional area and perimeter of the submandibular gland granular curved tube were significantly decreased (P <0.05), and the specific surface area and surface density were significantly increased (P <0.05) (P <0. 05). The cross-sectional area, perimeter and cytoplasmic cross-sectional area of tubule cells in submaxillary gland were significantly decreased (P <0.01) ). Conclusion HCG can promote the synthesis of submandibular gland granular tubules and the secretion of bioactive substances. HCG can promote the secretion of granular tubule more than the promotion of synthetic function.
