目的将醋柳黄酮制成固体分散体,提高醋柳黄酮中有效成分的体外溶出。方法以溶出度为指标,选择载体;通过单因素和正交试验筛选最佳制备工艺,制备固体分散体。结果醋柳黄酮固体分散体的优化制备工艺为:醋柳黄酮与Polaxamer188比例为1∶4,以每7.5 g固体分散体溶于200 mL 80%乙醇中,超声25 min,挥发溶剂,4℃固化10 h,研成小块,干燥24 h,取出研细,得醋柳黄酮固体分散体。结论以Polaxamer188为载体制备的醋柳黄酮固体分散体体外溶出迅速,可用于制备速效、高效的醋柳黄酮口服制剂。
Objective To make the solid dispersion of the trifoliate yellow flavone to improve the in vitro dissolution of the active ingredient in the trifoliate flavone. Methods The dissolution rate was taken as the index to select the carrier. The optimal preparation process was screened by single factor and orthogonal test to prepare the solid dispersion. Results The optimum preparation of the solid dispersion of tilapia flavonoids was as follows: the ratio of tilapia flavonoids to Polaxamer 188 was 1: 4, dissolved in 200 mL of 80% ethanol per 7.5 g of solid dispersion, sonicated for 25 min, 10 h, research into small pieces, dry 24 h, remove the research fine, was the solid fillers of flavonoids. Conclusion The solid dispersion of trifoliate flavone prepared by using Polaxamer188 as carrier has rapid dissolution in vitro and can be used for preparation of quick-acting and high-efficient tilapia flavonoids oral preparation.
