随着浦东开发开放不断深入，新区各单位和驻区部队的双拥共建工作也向纵深发展。在纪念建军７２ 周年之际，本刊特编发驻区空军某旅政委刘欣冬大校的文章———《关于浦东新区双拥共建工作的思考》。文章在全面总结近年来双拥共建工作的特点的基础上，提出了进一步提高双拥共建工作的建议，供读者参考。
With the continuous deepening of Pudong’s development and opening up, the double-support and co-construction of units in the New Zone and the garrison in the region have also developed in depth. In commemoration of the 72nd anniversary of the founding of the army, this issue specially compiled an article from the PLA Regional Political Commissar Liu Xindong, who is stationed in the district air force --- “Thoughts on the Double-support and Co-construction in Pudong New Area.” On the basis of comprehensively summarizing the characteristics of double-support and co-construction work in recent years, the article puts forward suggestions for further improving the co-construction of double-support and for the readers’ reference.
