碗扣式满堂支架是现浇箱梁常见的模板支撑体系,根据施工现场支架受力情况建立考虑碗扣节点为半刚性连接的碗扣式满堂支架有限元模型,分析支架结构在预压试验和浇筑混凝土等施工阶段的应力应变状态。通过监测各阶段满堂支架杆件应力值并与理论计算值对比,验证有限元理论计算的准确性,校核满堂支架的安全性。结果表明:碗扣式满堂支架理论计算值与实测最大应力和位移结果吻合度较好,碗扣式满堂支架强度与刚度满足施工要求;半刚性计算理论更符合碗扣式满堂支架节点实际受力状态;相关分析和监测方法可以为类似工程提供参考与借鉴。
Bowl-type full-size bracket is a common formwork support system for cast-in-place box girder. According to the force of construction bracket, a bowl-shaped full-scale bracket model with semi-rigid bowl connection is established. Casting concrete and other construction stages of stress and strain. Through the monitoring of the stress value of the rod in the whole stage of each stage and comparing with the theoretical calculation, the accuracy of the FEM calculation is verified and the safety of the full bracket is checked. The results show that the theoretical calculated value of bowl-type full support is in good agreement with the measured maximum stress and displacement, and the strength and rigidity of bowl-full support satisfy the construction requirements. The semi-rigid calculation theory is more in line with the actual force of bowl-type full support State; related analysis and monitoring methods can provide a reference for similar projects.
