目的 :研究灯盏花总黄酮 ( EBF)和灯盏花醇提物对沙土鼠短暂性脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法 :采用沙土鼠双侧颈总动脉夹闭 10 min再灌注 5d,造成短暂性脑缺血再灌注损伤模型 ,观察 EBF和灯盏花醇提物对沙土鼠死亡率、卒中指数、脑电图 ( EEG)、脑组织钙、钠、水和脂质过氧化物 ( L PO)含量的影响。结果 :EBF和灯盏花醇提物 60 mg· kg-1灌胃能明显降低动物的卒中指数 ,减轻脑缺血再灌注损伤引起的脑水肿和脑缺血所致 EEG改变 ,促进再灌注后 EEG电位幅度的恢复 ,减轻大脑皮层组织钙钠累积及降低脑组织 L PO含量。结论 :EBF和灯盏花醇提物对脑缺血再灌注损伤均具有保护作用 ,且灯盏花醇提物作用强于 EBF。
Objective: To study the protective effects of total flavonoids (EBF) and Erigeron breviscapus ethanol extract on transient cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in gerbils. METHODS: The model of transient cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury was induced by bilateral common carotid artery occlusion for 10 min and reperfusion in gerbils. The mortality, stroke index and electroencephalogram (EEG) of gerbils from EBF and Erigeron breviscapus were observed. EEG), brain tissue calcium, sodium, water, and lipid peroxide (LPO) content effects. RESULTS: EGF and Erigeron breviscapus ethanol extract 60 mg • kg-1 significantly reduced the stroke index of the animals, reduced cerebral edema and EEG changes induced by cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury, and promoted EEG after reperfusion. The restoration of the electric potential amplitude reduces the accumulation of calcium and sodium in the cerebral cortex tissue and decreases the LPO content in the brain tissue. Conclusion :Effect of EBF and Erigeron breviscapus on cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury has a protective effect, and Erigeron breviscapus ethanol extract is stronger than EBF.
