在黄河兰州段9个断面上,于丰、平、枯水文期采集291份水样标本,用两步增菌法定量监测了河水沙门氏菌。除对照点(库心)外,其它均检出沙门氏菌。流经兰州市区的中山桥、包兰桥和下游的四龙口上、下四个断面检出率高、含菌量多。对河水总大肠菌群和细菌总数的监测表明,沙门氏菌的检出率随河水中总大肠菌群数和细菌总数含量的增加而增高。从291份水样标本中分离到766株沙门氏菌,对其中388株作了系统的生化和血清学鉴定。在检出的25种不同沙门氏菌血清型中有11种在兰州地区以往未见报道。
A total of 291 water samples were collected from nine sections of the Lanzhou section of the Yellow River in Feng, Ping and Dry Periods. The two-step enrichment method was used to quantitatively monitor Salmonella. In addition to the control point (library heart), the other were detected Salmonella. Zhongshan Bridge flowing through Lanzhou, Baolan Bridge and the downstream four Longkou, the next four sections of the high detection rate, with more bacteria. Monitoring of the total coliform and total bacteria in the river showed that the detection rate of Salmonella increased with the increase of total coliform bacteria and total bacteria in the river. 766 strains of Salmonella were isolated from 291 water samples and 388 of them were systematically biochemically and serologically identified. Of the 25 different Salmonella serotypes detected, 11 have not been previously reported in Lanzhou.
