心痛定(Nifedipine)是近年来广泛应用的扩冠药物,对光极不稳定。在光照射下其硝基可转为亚硝基,1,4-二氢吡啶环易氧化,生成4-(2-亚硝基苯基)-2,6-二甲基-3,5-二甲氧羰基吡啶。为选择适宜的制剂工程照明源和避光包装材料,本文考查了不同着色膜阻止心痛定光解的效能,以及光解对照射光波长的依从性。供试片制法(每片计):取乳糖15mg、偏硅铝酸镁27.5 mg和羧甲纤维素钙7 mg混匀,加含心痛定和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮各5 mg的乙醇溶液制粒,干燥后加硬脂酸镁0.5
