目的 :探讨带蒂大网膜颅内移植术对提高脑内化疗药物含量的作用。方法 :制备兔模型 ,经耳缘静脉或颈总动脉给予顺铂 (CDDP) ,测定血浆、脑组织和大网膜的 CDDP含量 ;取脑组织行组织学及电镜检查。结果 :该术式可显著提高移植侧脑组织中 CDDP含量 ;经静脉或颈动脉用药对此无显著性影响 ;经颈动脉用药大脑的毒性作用明显重于经静脉用药。结论 :带蒂大网膜颅内移植术后化疗 ,可显著提高移植侧脑内 CDDP含量 ;经静脉用药可达到与颈动脉用药同样的效果 ,而脑组织的毒性作用则比较轻。
Objective : To investigate the effect of pedicled omentum intracranial transplantation on improving the content of chemotherapeutic drugs in brain. METHODS: A rabbit model was prepared and cisplatin (CDDP) was administered via the ear vein or common carotid artery to determine the CDDP content in plasma, brain tissue, and omentum. The brain tissue was taken for histological examination and electron microscopy. RESULTS: The surgical procedure significantly increased the CDDP content in the lateral brain tissue of the transplanted rats. No significant effect was observed by intravenous or carotid artery administration. The toxic effects of the brain via carotid artery administration were significantly heavier than intravenous administration. Conclusion : The postoperative intracerebral transplantation of pedicled omentum can significantly increase the CDDP content in the lateral brain of the transplanted rats. The intravenous administration can achieve the same effect as that of the carotid artery, but the brain tissue has less toxic effects.
