用熔融法制备聚丙烯(PP)/聚乙烯蜡(PEW)共混物,并在一定的纺丝条件下制备PP/PEW纤维吸附材料,讨论了PEW含量对苯系物(苯、甲苯、二甲苯)吸附倍率的影响。结果表明:在PEW含量为PP的10%时,PP/PEW纤维对纯苯系物、水面苯系物的吸附倍率最大,增加量分别为31.8%~41.8%,33.3%~40.2%;对水中苯系物吸附倍率随着PEW含量增加而增大,最终是PP纤维的3倍左右。
Polypropylene / polyethylene wax (PEW) blends were prepared by melt method, and PP / PEW fiber adsorbents were prepared under certain spinning conditions. The effects of PEW content on benzene series (benzene, toluene, Toluene) adsorption rate. The results showed that the adsorption capacity of PP / PEW fibers on pure benzene and water surface benzene was the largest when the PEW content was 10% of PP, respectively, ranging from 31.8% to 41.8% and 33.3% to 40.2%, respectively. The adsorption capacity of benzene series increased with the increase of PEW content, which was about 3 times that of PP fibers.
