“启航”项目是针对中级管理人员开展的管理技能培训。2012年,中国银联支付学院组织“启航”培训3期,培训116人次,重点跟踪行动承诺落地和转培训,以促进学习成果向提升工作绩效的转化。2013年,中国银联支付学院组织“启航”培训2期,培训80人次。项目从“管事”“管人”及“管心”三个核心管理角色出发,让刚刚踏上管理岗位的干部提升绩效、认知自我。如果说银联是一艘大船,那么银联的中级管理人员就是这艘大船上的启航者。他们带着热情
