对还原糖的测定,多采用氧化还原滴定法。本文采用原子吸收法间接测定还原糖含量。本法具有线性范围宽,重现性好,灵敏度高,取样少等优点。用本法测定乳制品和果汁样品中还原糖,获得了满意的结果。 1 材料与方法 1.1 仪器及试剂 GFU-202型原子吸收分光光度计,铜空心阴极灯。斐旱试剂A:称取CuSO_4·5H_2O(AR)34.639g于烧杯中,加水溶解至500ml;斐林试剂B;称取酒石酸钾钠(AR)173g、氢氧化钠50g,加少量水溶解并稀
On the determination of reducing sugar, more use of redox titration. In this paper, indirect determination of reducing sugar content by atomic absorption method. This method has the advantages of wide linear range, good reproducibility, high sensitivity and less sampling.
