目的分析金华地区9种呼吸道病原体的IgM抗体检测结果及流行情况。方法收集2016年1月-12月门诊与住院的呼吸道感染患者3 224例,应用间接免疫荧光法检测9种病原体IgM抗体:嗜肺军团菌(LP)、肺炎支原体(MP)、立克次体(COX)、肺炎衣原体(CP)、腺病毒(ADV)、呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)、甲型流感病毒(INFA)和乙型流感病毒(INFB)、副流感病毒(PIV)。结果检测血清IgM阳性610例,总阳性率为18.92%。MP阳性率最高,为12.38%;其次为INFB,阳性率为4.09%;单一感染536例(87.87%),混合感染74例(12.13%)。单一感染以MP为主,混合感染以MP+INFB模式最多。女性IgM阳性检出率高于男性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);4岁~17岁为高发人群,>50岁的感染率低于其他人群;IgM总阳性率、MP阳性率在春季最高,而INFB阳性率在秋季最低。结论 MP和INFB是引起本院呼吸道感染的最重要的病原体;应针对不同人群不同季节病原体的流行情况,做好防范工作。
Objective To analyze the prevalence and prevalence of IgM antibodies in nine respiratory pathogens in Jinhua area. Methods A total of 3 224 outpatients and hospitalized patients with respiratory tract infections were collected from January to December in 2016. Nine kinds of pathogen IgM antibodies were detected by indirect immunofluorescence assay: Legionella pneumophila (LP), Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP), Rickettsia (COX), Chlamydia pneumoniae (CP), Adenovirus (ADV), Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), Influenza A (INFA) and Influenza B (INFB) and parainfluenza virus (PIV). Results The serum IgM positive 610 cases, the total positive rate was 18.92%. The positive rate of MP was 12.38%, followed by INFB, the positive rate was 4.09%. The single infection was 536 cases (87.87%), and the mixed infection was 74 cases (12.13%). Single infection with MP-based, mixed infection with MP + INFB mode up. The positive rate of IgM in female was higher than that in male (P <0.05). The prevalence rate of IgM was higher in those aged 4 to 17 years old than those in other groups. The positive rates of IgM The highest in spring, and the lowest in INFB positive rate in autumn. Conclusions MP and INFB are the most important pathogens causing respiratory tract infection in our hospital. Preventive measures should be taken in response to the prevalence of pathogens in different populations in different seasons.
