水平井的早期投资回报率,高生产率指数,晚水窜/气窜和致密储层的采收率远远优于垂直井。但是不同的泄油孔清理方法及其结果却不一致(尤其是在钻井期间使用油基或假油基泥浆)。常规消除钻井液滤饼和滤液的伤害是靠酸洗,氮气举或者盐水洗涤。虽然酶或酸洗在水基泥浆的清除结果上是很好的,但是对油基以及假油基泥浆形成滤饼的清除结果却不乐观。本文详细介绍了Pop-Off技术来消除钻井液对地层造成的损伤以及高渗透水平井剖面的滤饼清除。该方法的应用结果表明在非常低的地层压力下获得的高生产率。此外,采用Pop-Off技术去除泥饼和以前的常规方法相比较能长期而又持久的改善井的生产状况。
The early return on investment, high productivity index, late channeling / gas channeling and recovery of tight reservoirs in horizontal wells far outperform vertical wells. However, different methods of draining holes and their results are inconsistent (especially with oil-based or pseudo-oil-based muds during drilling). Conventional removal of drilling fluid cake and filtrate damage by acid pickling, nitrogen lift or salt water washing. Although enzymatic or pickling is good on water-based mud removal, the removal of oil-based and pseudo-oil based muds is not optimistic. This article details the Pop-Off technique to eliminate damage to the formation caused by drilling fluids and to remove filter cake from sections of high-permeability horizontal wells. The application results of this method show the high productivity achieved at very low formation pressures. In addition, the use of Pop-Off technology to remove mudcake improves long-term and long-term well production compared with previous conventional methods.
