改革开发30多年来,我国经济取得了巨大成就,2009年成为世界上第三大经济体;人民生产生活水平也得到了不断提高;城市化进程也不断加快。但是,在工业化进程中,我国经济发展中面临着许多问题。如环境生态遭到破坏、资源枯竭、产品科技含量低等系列问题,困扰着我国经济几十年。经济运行的质量不高,经济发展模式不可持续。为此,十六大中央提出走新型工业化的战略,这就对地方经济发展提出了更高要求,特别是在发展工业上,要求“走出一条科技含量高、经济效益好、资源消耗低、环境污染少、人力资源优势得到充分发挥的新型工业化路子”。笔者就绥阳县当前工业发展现状和存在的问题进行相关分析。 Over the past 30 years since the reform and opening up, great achievements have been made in our economy.
