在分析和试验研究常用逆变电路的基础上,提出了一种高可靠性和高效率的复合隔离型逆变电路。以此为基础,采用非高频引弧割炬,配以相应的内拖外特性控制方式和电路设计法,研制成功了低干扰高可靠性的复合隔离型逆变式空气等离子切割机。试验表明,该机具有可靠性高,切割质量好,操作简便等优点。其主电路设计为其它大功率逆变弧焊电源的研究和应用提供了有益的借鉴。
Based on the analysis and experimental research on the common inverter circuit, a high reliability and high efficiency composite isolated inverter circuit is proposed. Based on this, a non-high frequency arc torch was used, with the corresponding control characteristics of the drag-and-drop method and the circuit design method, a composite isolated inverter air plasma cutting machine with low interference and high reliability was successfully developed. Test shows that the machine has high reliability, cutting quality, easy operation and so on. Its main circuit design provides a useful reference for the research and application of other high-power inverter arc welding power source.
