对-氯苯乙腈是重要的有机合成原料,主要用于医药、农药合成的中间体,七十年代中期,日本住友化学公司用它作为原料,合成了一类α-取代苯乙酸酯型拟除虫菊酯。由于其结构简单,高效低毒、杀虫广谱、有刺激植物生长作用,并且对光、热稳定性好,很快得以推广应用,已成为目前主要拟除虫菊酯品种之一。本文主要介绍近年来制备对-氯苯乙腈的进展,着重介绍对-氯甲苯的制备及异构体的分离。
Para-chlorophenylacetonitrile is an important organic synthesis raw material, mainly used for pharmaceutical, pesticide synthesis intermediates, the mid seventies, Japan Sumitomo Chemical Co., Ltd. used it as a raw material, synthesized a class of α-substituted phenylacetate Pyrethrins. Because of its simple structure, high efficiency and low toxicity, insecticidal broad spectrum, has the effect of stimulating plant growth, and has good light and thermal stability and is popularized rapidly. It has become one of the major pyrethroid varieties. This article mainly introduces the recent progress in the preparation of p-chlorophenylacetonitrile, focusing on the preparation of p-chlorotoluene and the separation of isomers.
