近年来我国许多农贸市场改为超市,超市生鲜农产品的经营比重不断增加。为了在与农贸市场和个体商贩的竞争中吸引更多顾客,需要分析超市现存问题,找出解决对策,最终提高顾客满意度。文章通过分析超市生鲜农产品经营存在的不足,探讨提高顾客满意度的方法,给出改善超市生鲜农产品经营现状的合理化建议。
In recent years, many of our farmers’ markets have been replaced by supermarkets, and the proportion of fresh agricultural products in supermarkets has been steadily increasing. In order to attract more customers in the competition with farmers’ markets and individual traders, existing problems in supermarkets need to be analyzed to find solutions and ultimately improve customer satisfaction. By analyzing the shortcomings of fresh agricultural products management in supermarkets, this paper discusses ways to improve customer satisfaction and gives some reasonable suggestions to improve the management of fresh agricultural products in supermarkets.
