本文介绍用简化胸腺素治疗26例细胞免疫功能低下的病毒性心肌炎患者所取得的疗效,多数病例治疗后临床症状明显改善;植物血凝素皮肤试验由阴性转为阳性,抗心肌抗体由阳性转阴,免疫球蛋白IgG及IgA明显下降,E-RFC形成较治疗前增高,由40.86±5.63上升至49.07±4.03(P<0.001),3H.TdR.ICJ体外PHA淋巴细胞转化试验示单个核细胞的CPM平均值由治疗前46796±20516上升至86501±28450(P<0.001),血浆抑制因子对单个核细胞的抑制率由71.29±21.029下降为27.71±25.98(P<0.001),并能使粘附细胞功能恢复,本文列胸腺素改善病毒性心肌炎细胞免疫的机理进行了讨论。
