目的:建立了同时检测饮水中18种邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)的气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)分析方法。方法:样品经正己烷提取、脱水、浓缩,经过DB-5MS色谱柱程序升温分离,选择离子监测模式测定。结果:该方法检出限(0.05~0.5)μg/L,定量限(0.15~1.5)μg/L。测定18种PAEs加标回收率为83%~110%。线性范围:(0.02~4.0)mg/L,r≥0.996,相对标准偏差0.5%~8.4%。结论:该方法操作简单、稳定、可靠,适用于水中多种PAEs的检测和确证。
Objective: To establish a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) method for the simultaneous determination of 18 phthalates (PAEs) in drinking water. Methods: The sample was extracted with n-hexane, dehydrated and concentrated. The sample was heated and separated by DB-5MS column chromatography, and the ion monitoring mode was selected. Results: The detection limit (0.05 ~ 0.5) μg / L and the limit of quantification (0.15 ~ 1.5) μg / L were obtained. The recoveries of 18 PAEs were 83% ~ 110%. The linear range: (0.02 ~ 4.0) mg / L, r ≥ 0.996, the relative standard deviation of 0.5% to 8.4%. Conclusion: The method is simple, stable, reliable and suitable for the detection and confirmation of a variety of PAEs in water.
