本研究探讨了热处理工艺对车轴钢奥氏体晶粒度的晌影,包括为细化AlN质点采取的预处理,预处理后的中间回火以及终处理的加热方式等。研究表明,钢中含Al量愈高,终处理奥氏体品粒愈细;预处理奥氏体化温度高于1050℃,奥氏体冷却速度愈快,细化效果愈佳;预处理后中间回火对终处理奥氏体晶粒大小基本没有影响;终处理加热方式(加热速度)对奥氏体晶粒大小影响显并,加热速度愈慢,奥氏体晶粒愈稳定,愈不易长大。不难看出,通过提高钢中含Al量,采用细化AlN质点的预处理和慢速加热等方法可细化奥氏体晶粒。
In this study, the influence of heat treatment process on the austenite grain size of axle steel was discussed, including the pretreatment for refining AlN particles, the intermediate tempering after pretreatment, and the heating method for final treatment. The results show that the higher the content of Al in steel, the finer the final treated austenite grain size. The pretreatment austenitizing temperature is higher than 1050 ℃, the austenite cooling rate is faster and the refining effect is better. After pretreatment Intermediate tempering on the final treatment of austenite grain size basically no effect; finishing heating method (heating rate) on the austenite grain size significantly, and the slower the heating rate, the more austenite grain more stable, the more difficult grow up. It is not difficult to see that austenite grains can be refined by increasing the amount of Al contained in the steel, by pretreatment of the refined AlN particles, and by slow heating.
